1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all clauses and schedules:

• "ttc777", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the ttc777 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://ttc777.app.
• "Player", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who has registered, attempted to register, or uses any service offered by ttc777.
• "Account" means a registered personal ttc777 account held in a single player's name, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Services" means all products available on the ttc777 platform, including but not limited to sports betting (Champions League, cricket, cockfighting), live casino, jackpot slots, lottery, crash games, and virtual sports.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole functional currency of all ttc777 accounts.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any PKR stake placed on any outcome offered by ttc777.
• "Winnings" means PKR amounts credited to a player's account as a result of a settled winning bet or casino game outcome.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by ttc777 that are subject to separate wagering requirements detailed in applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ttc777 before processing withdrawals.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms available within every ttc777 account.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ttc777 website, registering an account, logging in, depositing PKR funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as:

• ttc777's Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy)
• ttc777's Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming)
• Any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the ttc777 platform
• Any promotional terms applicable to bonuses you elect to accept

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ttc777 platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register and maintain a ttc777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ttc777 operates a strict 18+ policy and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under the minimum age, forfeiting all associated balances in accordance with applicable law.
• You are a natural person — corporate, institutional, or automated registrations are strictly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You hold a valid Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent identification acceptable to ttc777 for KYC purposes.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistan mobile number, and date of birth.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from ttc777 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a ttc777 employee or contractor.

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the ttc777 platform. Duplicate accounts are identified during KYC and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of funds without prior notice. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support rather than registering a new one.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

ttc777 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any PKR withdrawal. The KYC verification process requires submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification: A clear, legible scan or photograph of your Pakistan CNIC (front and back).
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the Easypaisa account, JazzCash wallet, or bank account used for deposits.
• Additional documentation may be requested at ttc777's sole discretion, including a selfie holding your CNIC or a recent utility bill confirming your Pakistan address.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of complete document submission. Accounts that do not complete KYC within 30 days of their first deposit request will be restricted from withdrawal until verification is finalised. ttc777 reserves the right to freeze funds pending KYC completion.

All KYC documents are handled in accordance with ttc777's Privacy Policy. Documents are retained only for the duration required by applicable data protection and anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

All financial transactions on the ttc777 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: 1,000 PKR per transaction.
• Accepted methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, and direct bank transfer from HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and other major Pakistan commercial banks.
• Deposits are credited to your ttc777 PKR wallet as soon as the payment provider confirms the transaction — typically within seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash.
• ttc777 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider's standard transaction charges may apply.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: 500 PKR per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, consistent with anti-money laundering requirements.
• KYC must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 2–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• ttc777 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 7.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets, wagers, and casino game play on the ttc777 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, modified, or amended after the player has confirmed the stake.
• ttc777 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a clear pricing error, technical malfunction, or integrity concern. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's PKR wallet.
• Minimum stake amounts vary by sport and game type and are displayed clearly in the betting interface before confirmation.
• Maximum winnings per single bet or per day may be subject to limits set at ttc777's sole discretion. Players who approach these limits will be notified.
• Bets placed on suspended or cancelled events will be voided and stakes refunded.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any bet, the decision of ttc777's trading team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in Section 14.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, with independently verified Return-to-Player (RTP) rates.
• Live dealer games are subject to studio rules in addition to ttc777's general terms. Studio rules are displayed within each game interface.

Sport-specific rules for cricket (including HBL PSL markets), Champions League football, cockfighting, and virtual sports are published separately on the ttc777 platform and form part of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, ttc777 offers bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Pakistan players. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to one eligible ttc777 account per household, per device, per IP address, and per CNIC number. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses using duplicate accounts will result in suspension.
• Free bet credits have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn. Only winnings derived from free bets are eligible for withdrawal, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• ttc777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If ttc777 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting pricing errors, coordinated betting, or systematic wagering contrary to the spirit of the promotion — ttc777 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and suspend the account.
• Maximum bonus amounts and qualifying deposit thresholds are specified in individual promotion pages displayed on the ttc777 platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the ttc777 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit funds without explicit authorisation.
• Attempting to launder money, conceal the source of funds, or facilitate any financial crime through ttc777.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the ttc777 platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or ttc777 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to ttc777 via a payment provider dispute without prior resolution through ttc777's support channels.
• Accessing the ttc777 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and you are unable to lawfully participate.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward ttc777 staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ttc777 platform — including but not limited to the ttc777 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, databases, and betting odds — is the exclusive intellectual property of ttc777 or its licensed partners.

• You may access and use the ttc777 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any ttc777 content without prior written consent.
• The ttc777 name and logo are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use in any format is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, or others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to ttc777 for display on the platform.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ttc777 collects, stores, and processes personal data from Pakistan players in accordance with our full Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ttc777 collects personal data including your name, Pakistan mobile number, CNIC details, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11 Responsible Gaming

ttc777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players are encouraged to use the account-level tools available at ttc777 to manage their play, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen duration (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum specified period and are processed within 24 hours of a verified request.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ttc777's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the lesser of:

• The total PKR amount deposited by the player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• 100,000 PKR.

ttc777 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential damages, however arising.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, Pakistan network provider outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or cyber attacks.
• Technical malfunctions beyond ttc777's reasonable control that result in delayed bet settlement or temporary account inaccessibility.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits ttc777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

ttc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player's payment provider.
• Request by the player to self-exclude under Responsible Gaming provisions.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring ttc777 to cease service to the account holder.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where no fraud or prohibited conduct is alleged), any verified PKR balance remaining after deduction of any outstanding liabilities will be returned to the player's most recently verified Pakistan payment method within 10 business days.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. ttc777 operates its Pakistan-facing services with a commitment to fair and transparent dispute resolution.

Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint regarding bet settlement, account action, or any aspect of ttc777's service, you should:

1. Contact ttc777 support via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at ttc777support, providing full details of the complaint including your account number, the date of the disputed event, and the PKR amount involved.
2. ttc777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter to a senior review, requesting escalation in writing to the same contact addresses.
4. ttc777's decision following a senior review is final and binding with respect to matters within our operational jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ttc777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via:

• A notification displayed prominently on the ttc777 platform upon next login; and/or
• An update to the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the ttc777 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. ttc777 recommends checking this page at least once every three months to remain aware of the current terms governing your account.
